Code of Conduct: .Everyone will participate fully and equally in the decision making, planning,and implementing of our assignments. .If you are unable to attend class let the group know through e-mail or phone. .The group will communicate and work together to fix problems that we may come across. .We will foster a healthy respect for each other, as well as our differing opinions. .Roles will be circulated each week and may change in accordance with the groups needs.

Our mission is to help humanity by studying the effects leaders have on groups. By doing this, we hope to support evidence that the leaders mood and emotions effect the mood/emotions of the group, which in turn effects its performance.
